06 Jan Going forward in 2017
What an amazing year 2016 was for Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue! We are so blessed as a rescue to have such wonderful volunteers and fosters! We have sent nearly 300 cats and dogs to their forever home and spayed or neutered just shy of 100 cats that are feral and living in barns, sheds, and garages.
Through generous donations and contributions to our rescue we were able to purchase a FEMA trailer to house the extremely aggressive or sick animals that need vet care prior to placement in their foster homes. Basin Electric generously donated two 8’ x 14’ building enclosures. Finding land to house these enclosures, as well as the FEMA trailer, would be the next step forward.
Our 2017 goals and wish list include (along with the items we consistently need on a day-to-day basis!) a minimum of one acre of land for the buildings and FEMA trailer. This will allow FFRR the set up to provide the needed extra care and TLC to the dogs and cats before their foster or forever homes take them.
As always, we remain a foster-based rescue and we ask that you please continue your avid support and generous donations to our endeavors of saving as many cats, dogs, puppies, and kitties as we can. We have accomplished so much, yet our work continues.
Thank you so much for all your support and hard work – whether it’s fostering, volunteering at events, donating items or dollars – you name it, we can’t do it without you! Have a blessed 2017 – from your friends at FFRR![/cmsms_text][cmsms_image align=”none” animation_delay=”0″]7463|http://www.furryfriendsrockinrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/FFRR-FCC.png|full[/cmsms_image][/cmsms_column][/cmsms_row]
