FURRY FRIENDS ROCKIN RESCUE VOLUNTEER/FOSTER RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

In consideration of the services of Furry Friends Rockin Rescue (herein after collectively referred to as FFRR), their directors, officers, and all other persons or entities acting in a capacity on their behalf, and for other good and valuable consideration, I hereby agree to release and discharge FFRR from liability arising from negligence, on behalf of myself, my children, my animal(s), or any other persons under my care and control as follows (Should be 1-8):

1. I agree to always wear proper attire or safety gear while participating with FFRR in any capacity or activity. , 2. I understand that volunteering or fostering with FFRR includes an element of risk and that I could sustain physical injury, including but not limited to: bites, scratches, torn skin, bruises, and damage to clothing or other property. If I am scratched or bitten, I agree to report the bite or scratch to a doctor as soon as possible, but at least within 24 hours. 3. I expressly agree to accept and assume all risks associated with participating as a volunteer or foster with FFRR or as a result of contact with any animal. My participating with FFRR is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of any and all possible risks., 4. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold FFRR from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation with FFRR, my use of their equipment or facility, or my volunteering at this animal rescue operation, arising from negligence. Should FFRR, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs., 5. I agree to bear the costs of any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating with FFRR. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions which could interfere with my safety while participating with FFRR, or else I am willing to assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition., 6. I understand that my participation as a volunteer or foster with FFRR is contingent upon my agreeing to and signing this waiver. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. , 7 I acknowledge receipt of Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue (FFRR) Handbook. I understand that I am responsible for reading and following the policies and procedures in the FFRR Handbook., 8. In the event of an emergency, I hereby give FFRR or any person acting on behalf of FFRR to contact the emergency name and number provided below.
